Overview
Tomorrow’s change has finally arrived!
The Soapbox education platform brings artists, their stories, and techniques directly to students as life-size 3-dimensional holograms. Students can walk up to and around the artists and get an up-close view of their performances and interviews as they share insights and stories from their careers.
Curriculum content, curated by the Soapbox education team led by Rory Pullens, former CEO of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington DC and former Senior Executive Director of Arts Education for the Los Angeles Unified School District, is designed to inspire and motivate students to achieve their own goals while strengthening their reading, writing, music history, technology, and media arts skills in a unique and engaging format!

Why Choose Soapbox Education?
Unique Lesson Types
Blues guitarist and singer
Buddy Guy
Guitar legend Buddy Guy began his career at the peak of the ‘60s Chicago blues scene and has inspired generations of players as he’s kept the genre’s fires burning over the past six decades. His technique is as blinding as ever, and Buddy used his Soapbox session to pair arresting performances with powerful stories about the history of the blues.
R&B and hip-hop
T-Pain
Hip hop superstar T-Pain may be a 21st century Renaissance man with success as an entrepreneur, investor, performer, recording star. He’s the artist who took Autotune from a digital tool designed to repair out-of-pitch vocals and turned it into a signature creative tool that changed the sound of modern pop music. T-Pain has always been an artist eager to embrace new technology and he brings a singular vision to his Soapbox session.
Why Is It Valuable?
Hear what students are saying about their engaging experience with Soapbox…
I feel like I can feel him a little bit, like he’s right there.
There’s almost a personal connection to it that you don’t get from just watching an interview.
The VR hologram is super sick. It’s for real. Like, super real.
It’s so impressive, I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
It felt like I was alone with the person that was performing.
I think it’s gonna change learning. I think people are gonna connect with it in a really really cool way.
It felt like something out of a sci fi novel or something.
Like, Buddy Guy was sitting in front of me. I don’t think I would ever be able to say that in another scenario.
